While we strive to provide the best possible experience, we understand that there may be instances where you are not completely happy with your purchase. To address such situations, we have established a clear refund policy to assist you.

Requesting a Refund

If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase or encounter an issue that renders our IPTV subscription plans unusable, we are here to assist you. To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    1. Note down your transaction order ID.
    2. Send an email with the subject line “Request for Refund” to our customer support.
    3. In your email, provide a detailed description of the issues you are facing and the reasons for your refund request.

In some cases, we may require additional information or evidence to better understand your situation and provide a fair resolution. We will also offer our perspective and share any relevant evidence to ensure transparency in our decision-making process.

Refund Conditions

We believe in solving technical issues to enhance your experience with our services. Therefore, we can only process refunds for technical problems after we have had an opportunity to attempt to resolve them within 48 hours. If we cannot resolve your issue within this timeframe, we will issue a refund promptly.

Please note the following refund conditions:

    • Refunds can only be requested within 72 hours of the purchase date. No refunds will be processed after this period.

    • If you made your payment using a credit card, the refund will generally be credited back to your bank account within 20 to 31 working days. However, in some cases, it may take up to 90 days for the refund to be processed. Please understand that we are not responsible for these timeframes, as we are the IPTV service provider, not the payment processor.

    • Refunds will be granted in full for purchases made within 72 hours. For requests beyond this timeframe, refunds will be prorated based on the duration of the subscription used. Our support team will communicate with users in all refund cases.

Please be aware that refund processing times are typically between 20 to 90 working days, and we have limited control over expediting this process. Our payment processors handle refund requests, and we will do our best to initiate refunds promptly upon receiving your request and verifying your information.

No Refunds Will Be Issued for:

    1. Dissatisfaction with channel line-up or performance. We recommend trying our trial subscription before purchasing a 1 to 12-month package.
    2. Inability to set up your own box and system at your end. Our support is available to guide you through predefined configuration steps.
    3. Temporary issues such as freezing, buffering, or channel unavailability, are typically caused by factors like internet fluctuations, device or setup problems, ISP issues, server downtime, user preferences, or regular server maintenance.

Special Consideration

If you are unable to use your IPTV subscription for 48 hours or more due to issues caused by us or our servers, we will either fully refund the package price or add the lost time to your subscription for free. Additionally, we may offer extra bonuses based on individual negotiations.

Please note that our refund policy does not apply to 24-hour trial subscriptions.
